* Due to the Central Library building in Stephen Street Sligo sustaining some structural damage over the first weekend of December remedial work is due to commence. This work is estimated to take four weeks to complete. In the meantime, library members are welcome to return their books and items on loan to the Local Studies desk in the library building during Central Library’s regular opening hours. We are able to offer a limited lending service from the same location.

** As the Local Studies section is being utilised for discharging books & offering limited lending facilities, its normal research service will not be available.
